Terms of membership
1. Who we are
1000X (1000x.gg) is operated by INDI vl. Monika Kunstek, Draskovic 3 A-D, 42220 Novi Marof, Croatia, OIB 66987567542 ("the crew", "we"). The crew is an independent affiliate partner of Moon.com and is not operated by, affiliated with or endorsed by Moon.com.
2. What the crew is
The crew is a free membership programme for Moon.com traders who open their Moon.com account through the crew's link or with the code 1000x. Moon.com pays the crew a referral commission. The crew shares part of that commission with members as described below. Membership costs nothing and creates no obligation to trade.
3. Eligibility
- You are at least 18 years old, or older if the law where you live requires it.
- One membership per person, tied to exactly one Moon.com account. A Moon.com account can be linked to one membership only.
- You comply with Moon.com's terms and with the laws of your country, including whether trading on Moon.com is permitted where you live. The crew does not check or guarantee this for you.
4. Rakeback and the crew extra
Moon.com pays its own rakeback under its own rules; the crew has no control over it. On top of that, the crew adds an extra equal to the rakeback Moon.com pays on the fees your linked Moon.com account generates. The crew calculates it from the commission report Moon.com provides to the crew for your account, which covers every trade on it, including trades closed in anonymous mode. Only commission your account generates after it has been linked and verified counts; what it generated before that does not. Counting from the report starts with the first reading of the report after your account was verified, normally within minutes; until then, trades you close with your name visible are counted from Moon.com's public trade data. The report is normally read once an hour. If it is temporarily unavailable, your extra is booked in full once it is available again, and figures may be corrected if Moon.com corrects its report. The extra builds with every trade and does not expire. Zero-fee activity does not generate an extra.
5. Claims and payouts
You can claim your extra at any time and in any amount, there is no minimum. Payouts are made as a Moon.com platform tip to the Moon.com account linked to your membership. We process claims manually and as quickly as we can. Payouts are funded from the crew's own commission. The crew never holds, accepts or manages member funds, and your Moon.com balance, wins and withdrawals are never touched by the crew.
6. Fair play
The following disqualify the volume they produce and may end the membership without payout of unpaid extra:
- multiple memberships or multiple Moon.com accounts for the same person,
- self-referral or referral of accounts you control,
- fee farming, meaning trades placed only to generate fees or rewards, including wash trading,
- any abuse of Moon.com's or the crew's rules, or any attempt to manipulate races, boards or drops.
7. Season 0, races and drops
Races, milestone drops and the member leaderboard are promotions run by the crew. The rules of each race are published before it starts. The crew may change or cancel a race before it starts and decides ties and disputes at its reasonable discretion. Rewards are funded by the crew and paid like any other extra.
8. Changes
We may change these terms and the programme, including rates and reward structures, for the future. Changes apply to fees generated after the change. Extra already accrued stays claimable under the rules that applied when it accrued. Material changes are announced in the member area.
9. Ending the membership
You can leave the crew at any time by asking us to close your membership. We may end a membership for breach of these terms. Unless forfeited under section 6, accrued extra is paid out before the membership closes.
10. Liability
The crew provides information and rewards, not financial advice. Trading with leverage can lead to the loss of your entire stake. The crew is not liable for Moon.com's services, for trading losses, for the availability of Moon.com or of this site, or for delays caused by Moon.com. Liability for slight negligence is excluded to the extent permitted by law; mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
11. Law and contact
